Each team will be assigned a unique pasta dish to prepare from scratch, guided by expert assistance every step of the way. Once the dishes are crafted to perfection, everyone will gather to dine together, indulging in a feast of diverse flavours and culinary creations. Join us for a memorable evening of cooking, camaraderie, and delicious pasta delights.

SAUCY SECRETS

Mastering the Napoli sauce 

Craft the perfect Napoli sauce from scratch, infusing it with fragrant herbs and aromas. 

 

But that's not all – you'll also learn the secrets of pasta-making from the ground up, rolling your own fresh pasta to accompany your fragrant sauce. 

Once the sauce is simmering and the pasta is al dente, it's time to bring it all together for dinner where our chef will demonstrate a selection of mouthwatering dishes using your freshly made sauces.

As a special treat, each participant will take home a bottle of their freshly made Napoli sauce, ready to to spice up meals at home with authentic Italian flavour.

STUDIO CLASSES

what you need to know

  • Cooking classes can accommodate groups of up to 20 people (a minimum of 8 is required). 

  • Upon booking a R1500 refundable breakage deposit will be charged, payment of which is required to secure the event date.

  • All equipment, aprons, crockery, cutlery and glassware will be supplied as well as a selection of beverages including infused water and coffees 

  • We will provide a fully set table where your guests can enjoy their prepared feast after the class, as well as a bluetooth speaker for ambiance. Please feel free to create a playlist for the evening. 

  • After a wonderful evening of cooking, learning, laughing and feasting our team will take care of all the cleaning.
